As a parent with a young child

. Look at your life as if you were a young parent lovingly watching a very young toddler learning about life. Gently feel yourself smile from within at the challenges you face. Peace and ease within will help you keep free from matters that usually 'take hold' of you and cause you to 'thrash around' and seem harmful to you and others. Matthew

Following the 'path'

. As you follow the 'path to recognize your wholeness, allow yourself mindfulness to see through (pierce, not be trapped by) what you believe is important- recognize how everything that seems important doesn't matter. Matthew

Nisargadatta quote

. I just discovered a famous (deceased) Hindu sage and appreciate the simple, very direct way he talked about the spiritual path. Here's a quote from Sri Nisargadatta - "There is nothing to practice. To know yourself, be yourself. To be yourself, stop imagining yourself to be this or that. Just be. Let your true nature emerge. Don't disturb your mind with seeking." .
