Alienation

.
Acceptance and participation with WHAT IS allows a person to recognize his/her 'true nature', and discover at-one-ness. Expecting anything other than what is, or trying to 'improve' what is, causes the person to 'enter' a fantasy world, thus creating alienation and suffering.

Peace comes from participation with what IS, not with 'what we want to have'.
